The negotiated rates are valid from 28th October 2026 to 31st December 2027.
The negotiated rates are subject to availability at time of booking and is on a NLRA basis (non-last room availability).
Please note rates will not be available on blackout dates, our current blackout dates are:
5-10th September 2027 (Offshore Europe)
29th Sep – 3rd Oct 2027 (Rally Scotland)
17th & 18th November 2027 (Floating Offshore Wind)
(Subject to change at hotels discretion / Best Available Rates apply during these dates, subject to availability).
The negotiated room rate is inclusive of VAT at 20%.
The negotiated room rate is inclusive the new visitor levy (7%) to be introduced from April 2027.
The agreed rates are non-commissionable.
All charges must be settled on arrival unless pre-arranged credit facilities are in place.
All bookings must be guaranteed. No charge will be made for cancellations before 4.00pm on the day prior to arrival. In the event of
‘non-arrival’ the first nights’ rate will be charged.
Wi-Fi is complimentary to all hotel guests.
Parking is subject to availability and chargeable at £10 per car, per 24 hours.
Bookings of 9 rooms+ will be treated as a group – group rates and group cancellation policy will apply.
